This document sets out the terms and conditions for using skeighlimited.co.nz (the “Site”). The Site is owned and operated by Skeigh Ltd (“Skeigh”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

Content – all text, graphics, photos, videos, documents, downloads, code and other materials on the Site.

User/you – any person or entity that accesses or uses the Site.

Administrator – Skeigh Ltd or authorised personnel managing the Site.
3. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Site. Continued use of the Site means you accept the changes.

Unless otherwise stated, all Content is owned by or licensed to Skeigh Ltd and protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws.
You must not use our logos or trade marks without written permission. Materials owned by third parties (e.g., client logos, stock imagery) remain the property of their respective owners.
If you wish to use any Content beyond personal use, email admin@skeigh.co.nz for permission.
6. User submissions

If you send us any message, file, image or other material via the Site:

you warrant you have the right to provide it and it doesn’t infringe anyone’s rights;

you grant Skeigh a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, host, copy, adapt and communicate it for the purpose of operating the Site and responding to your enquiry.
We may remove any submission that is unlawful, offensive, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate.
7. Privacy & personal information
We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 (NZ). We collect and use information you provide (e.g., via contact forms) to respond to enquiries, operate the Site, and improve our services.

We do not store payment card details on this Site (we currently don’t accept online payments).

8. Email communications & anti-spam
We comply with the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007 (NZ).

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law:

our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to NZD $100.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (if applicable) that cannot be excluded.

You must not post or transmit any material that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, harmful, infringing, misleading, or that contains viruses or malicious code. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, servers or networks.
14. Suspension/termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Site (in whole or part) at any time, including for maintenance, security, or misuse. We may change or discontinue any feature without notice.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts in relation to any dispute.
16. Complaints & IP concerns
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe your copyright has been infringed on the Site, contact admin@skeigh.co.nz with:

a description/URL of the material claimed to be infringing;

a statement that you own the rights or are authorised to act for the owner.
17. General
If any part of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remainder remains in force. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Skeigh regarding Site use.
