This document sets out the terms and conditions for using skeighlimited.co.nz (the “Site”). The Site is owned and operated by Skeigh Ltd (“Skeigh”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Definitions

• Site – skeighlimited.co.nz and all pages under this domain.

• Content – all text, graphics, photos, videos, documents, downloads, code and other materials on the Site.

• User/you – any person or entity that accesses or uses the Site.

• Administrator – Skeigh Ltd or authorised personnel managing the Site.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Site. Continued use of the Site means you accept the changes.

 

4. Use of the Site

• use the Site for lawful, personal or internal business purposes only;

• not damage, disable, interfere with, or disrupt the Site or any security features;

• not copy, scrape, reproduce, republish, transmit, sell, or distribute Content without our prior written consent, except as permitted by law for personal use.

Unless otherwise stated, all Content is owned by or licensed to Skeigh Ltd and protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws.
You must not use our logos or trade marks without written permission. Materials owned by third parties (e.g., client logos, stock imagery) remain the property of their respective owners.

6. User submissions

If you send us any message, file, image or other material via the Site:

• you warrant you have the right to provide it and it doesn’t infringe anyone’s rights;

• you grant Skeigh a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, host, copy, adapt and communicate it for the purpose of operating the Site and responding to your enquiry.

We may remove any submission that is unlawful, offensive, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate.

 

7. Privacy & personal information

 

We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 (NZ). We collect and use information you provide (e.g., via contact forms) to respond to enquiries, operate the Site, and improve our services.

• We do not store payment card details on this Site (we currently don’t accept online payments).

• You may request access to or correction of your personal information by emailing admin@skeigh.co.nz.

8. Email communications & anti-spam

 

We comply with the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007 (NZ).

• We send commercial emails only with consent or as otherwise permitted by law.

• Each email includes an unsubscribe link or instructions.

• We do not sell or rent your personal information.

• our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to NZD $100.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (if applicable) that cannot be excluded.

You must not post or transmit any material that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, harmful, infringing, misleading, or that contains viruses or malicious code. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, servers or networks.

 

14. Suspension/termination

 

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site (in whole or part) at any time, including for maintenance, security, or misuse. We may change or discontinue any feature without notice.

 

15. Governing law

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts in relation to any dispute.

 

16. Complaints & IP concerns

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe your copyright has been infringed on the Site, contact admin@skeigh.co.nz with:

• your name and contact details;

• a description/URL of the material claimed to be infringing;

• a statement that you own the rights or are authorised to act for the owner.

 

17. General

If any part of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remainder remains in force. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Skeigh regarding Site use.
